Life what an amazing journey it is…all the twists and turns that begin to shape us…build our character…inspire us to grow. Grab a cup of something warm or smooth and velvety like a nice red wine…(depending on what time of day you end up reading this) and sit down for a moment…as I wrote more than just a couple of sentences. Hope this illuminates more for you…
 
On the personal side…there is so much to share…about me…the woman…so many facets. I feel that I am finally becoming the woman I have always longed to be. I think, in the bigger scheme of who I am ~ regardless of how busy or stressed my day may seem, or whatever…is that I live from a place of compassion, deeper understanding and love for myself and others more…with warm appreciation for what it takes to simply live life in the present…time seems to be flying by…so, my quest…or my meditation is in cherishing and savoring the moments each and every day…such beauty that surrounds me (Fall  & Spring are my favorite times of year)…and to continue to grow and explore that which brings me the greatest joy.

Outdoor activities? Some of the things I enjoy…well, I am a runner…so, I just love running along the water…with my iPod…going into my own state of bliss…smelling the fresh air…feeling the dampness…watching all the creatures…so sweet…feeling the sun and wind on my face or back…has me feel so alive and present. I also, workout at the gym and love free-weights…a huge turn-on…watching muscles move…creating definition…just the beauty and movement of the body…appreciating balance…and the silence in my stretching in my Yoga class…where everything slows down…thoughts sort of melt away into the floor.

The ocean…Ahhhhhh…I love the ocean…sailing is wonderful…especially when the air and water is warm. I've done a lot of SF Bay sailing…gets a bit cold and windy…and at those times, has me wishing I was on the inside of a comfortable crewed yacht!

Life…I have been blessed (fortunate?) to have had the opportunity to travel most of the world a few times…and have lived in NYC (owned a brownstone that I wish I still owned, now!!) and the Caribbean (2+ years), as well as, Florida (very short stint of one year~didn't like it). I grew up and lived in Southern California and raised my children almost on the water in Laguna Beach, right next to Emerald Bay on Shaws Cove. I have owned a beautiful horse ranch in Northern San Diego County and as well, lived in some beautiful places/spaces in my favorite City…San Francisco for 14 years. Also, Sonoma at one point on 20 very secluded and enchanted acres…truly magical. I love Northern California! I currently, live alone in a 3 story enchanted cottage…high up on a beautiful sunny hillside in Corte Madera…amidst amazing trees…that overlook the Bay…and surrounded by windows…and warmed by a cozy fireplace and charming gourmet kitchen with French doors leading to a quaint patio. It's my sanctuary. I both live and work from my home…the commute is a breeze!

Love…So much to share here, but I will refrain for now…other than to say that I have become more nostalgic and romantic…and way more nurturing than I thought were even possible. I adore my 2 dogs (perhaps I will enclose a picture of them…one is my sweet, precious white Boxer “Morgan” who loves me completely and the feeling is sooooo mutual…who is dealing with cancer of the mouth…and as of late…her hips are giving out…she will be 10 years old on March 15th…truly a love…and it breaks my heart…but every single day…she wakes up happy and is ready for her walk and still jumps around like a clown…makes me so happy)! My other dog is a sweet little French Bull Dog named “Madison” and she is a 14 month old little rascal…who makes me laugh and drives me crazy…she really belongs flying around in some Harry Potter movie..as I can just picture her as some  little playful imp dressed in a black philosopher's cape with those huge “bat ears” sticking out …just flying around me overhead…inciting, provoking and testing my patience…she is both precious and comical.

So…I guess, I could say…I know about the depths of many types of love (still learning) and motherhood (was married…did all that)…gave birth and raised two children…and I still have a beautiful daughter…who is now married. I lost my beautiful son several years ago (he was the youngest)…way too soon…after a long battle of 4 hellish years…which changed my life forever.

In the past…I also, founded a non-profit in SF…very well recognized…(Barbara Walters & ABC Channel 7, SF). I'm very proud of the work I did with that…I've also been a producer & director and writer in TV & docu-drama.

I am still an artist on several other levels.

I love books and I'm an insatiable seeker.
And yes, I am sensual, passionate, reflective…and very soulful
You could say, a lover of life (and delicious foods & wine, too)!
I am also a provocateur…a bit of an Imp (too! Takes one to know one, I guess…hmmm?) and a Sage…
Mostly, I hope that I inspire people…and leave them with a greater sense
of who they are in the world…
I know…
I love the mystique and subtlety of salient moments
found in the silence of a tender glance…a comforting touch
I'd rather be steeped in the questions than have all the answers.
I enjoy the mind, the intellect…and am constantly learning
more…observing it…but, my passion and love truly
lies in the healing and transformations of our hearts & souls…
through, love, compassion, forgiveness and blissful joy…
available within the intellectual Universe of our Psyche, bodies,
cells…bones…that intuitive knowing…that is transcendent…
a resonant, soulful Truth.
